I have noticed a big difference when using this product. As someone who struggles with anxiety, this has been a big help for me. I like to describe it as a weighted blanket. I feel more relaxed but not necessarily tired - it just takes the edge off.

This magnesium is a MUST for my sleep and migraines. I have found that it has made my sleep much deeper and I fall asleep faster. I also struggle with migraines and I apply it to my shoulders as an aid to relax my shoulder muscles after a migraine. I much prefer this over a supplement as it doesn't disrupt my tummy and I feel like it absorbs faster this way.

I used this product as my first time detoxing. It was super gentle on my system as I have a sensitive stomach. Naomi's instructions that she included were super helpful and I really enjoyed the detox. After being on a variety of birth controls for 20+ years I decided it was time to get off of it. Around the same time, I decided that it was time to quit nicotine.
